1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at truenorthcody.com or enrolling your child in True North Academy ("Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

True North Academy provides faith-based childcare and preschool services for children ages infant through 5 years, located at 602 Blackburn St., Cody, Wyoming 82414, on the Cody House of Prayer Evangelical Church campus.

Enrollment is subject to availability, completion of required forms, and compliance with our policies as outlined in the Parent Handbook. Acceptance of an enrollment application is at the sole discretion of the Academy.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use the website to collect personal information about others without consent
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our website without written permission

4. Enrollment & Payment Terms

Enrollment

Enrollment requires completion of all required forms and payment of applicable registration fees. Enrollment is not confirmed until all documentation is received and accepted by the Academy.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition rates, registration fees, and payment schedules are communicated at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed through the Procare portal. Late payment fees may apply as outlined in the Parent Handbook.

Subsidy

True North Academy is DFS subsidy-approved in Wyoming. Families utilizing state subsidy are responsible for any co-payment amounts not covered by their subsidy award.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal from the program requires written notice as specified in the Parent Handbook. Fees may apply for early withdrawal.

5. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

By enrolling your child, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information on all enrollment and health forms
• Notify the Academy promptly of any changes to contact, health, or emergency information
• Adhere to drop-off and pick-up procedures outlined in the Parent Handbook
• Comply with our sick child and immunization policies
• Treat all staff, children, and families with respect
• Review and comply with the Parent Handbook policies

6. Photo & Media Release

The Academy may photograph or video children for internal documentation, social media, and promotional materials. A separate Photo Release Form is required during enrollment. Parents who do not consent must indicate this clearly in writing. No child for whom consent has not been given will be included in published materials.

7. Live Video Access

Enrolled families receive secure credentials to access live video feeds of their child's classroom. This access is for personal use only. Recording, sharing, or distributing live video feeds is strictly prohibited. The Academy reserves the right to revoke access for misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of True North Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wyoming law, True North Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Park County, Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
