Our family loves True North because it provides a clean, safe environment where I always feel confident leaving my child. The teachers are reliable, attentive, and truly treat the kids with kindness and care. My child is always happy, engaged, and well taken care of when I pick him up. Knowing he is in such a secure and nurturing place gives us complete peace of mind. When our previous facility closed with zero warning, Ky and her employees took on many new families without any questions asked and welcomed us all with open arms — we appreciate them all so much.

When the daycare my children had been attending since infancy stopped offering preschool, I had to scramble to find a full-day, all-week program with openings at multiple ages. I reached out to True North and my kids were officially enrolled and able to start less than a week later! Everyone has been incredibly accommodating — including providing allergen-free options for breakfast, snack, and lunch. Ky demonstrates her passion for early childhood education in every detail of how the facility is run and in every interaction I've had with her or witnessed. My kids love it and have learned so much already! We're so thankful to be at True North!

We have had such a wonderful experience with True North. We were happy in their previous space, but their new location is absolutely beautiful and even better suited for the kids. The outdoor area is fantastic and gives the children a safe, engaging place to play and explore. One of the things I appreciate most is the communication and transparency. The parent portal allows me to see what Cece is eating, track her day, and easily message her teacher whenever needed. The cameras provide extra peace of mind — I can check in on her anytime, which means so much as a working mom. Beyond the logistics, Cece is learning so much and truly excelling in her milestones. Anytime I've had a question or concern, it has been addressed immediately and professionally. We are very happy and grateful to have Cece in such a supportive, well-run environment.

We are so grateful for this preschool and the incredible care our children receive every day. We've been amazed at how quickly they've grown — both academically and socially. The environment is thoughtfully tailored to young children, making it feel safe, welcoming, and just like a second home. Most of all, the staff truly sets this place apart. Every teacher and team member is genuinely kind, patient, and invested in each child's happiness and development. We couldn't ask for a better foundation for our children's early learning years.
